Company Overview
London Heathrow Taxi ("LHT", "we", "our", "us") is a UK-registered company providing premium transportation services to and from Heathrow Airport (all terminals) and destinations throughout London and the wider United Kingdom

Definitions
- Meet & Greet : Your driver will be waiting inside the arrivals area, clearly displaying a name board.
- Requested Pickup time: The time you choose after considering immigration and baggage clearance. As a guideline, we recommend:
- 15 minutes after landing for domestic flights
- 60 minutes after landing for international flights
- Waiting time: The time counted after the requested pickup time during which the driver is on standby inside the terminal.
- Additional Charges: Applicable after the complimentary 30-minute waiting period expires. Heathrow Airport parking fees apply—outlined in Clause 6.
1. Fixed Fare Guarantee
- 1.1 All prices listed on our website are fixed, transparent, and inclusive of taxes, tolls, and service charges.
1.2 The Meet & Greet service is built into the fare. Our drivers will meet you by the arrivals barrier with your name on display.
1.3 A 30-minute grace period is provided from the requested pickup time at no extra cost.
1.4 LHT tracks flight arrivals in real-time and adjusts dispatch times accordingly.
1.5 We do not charge for flight delays.
2. Waiting Time & Parking Policy
If the 30-minute free waiting time is exceeded, parking fees will be charged as follows:Duration | Charge |

If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact us immediately. If you leave the terminal without notifying us, the trip will be recorded as a no-show and the full fare will be charged.
3. Pickup Policies by Location Type
- 3.1 Hotels & private addresses: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting.
- 3.2 Cruise or ferry terminals: 30 minutes of free waiting time from scheduled disembarkation.
- 3.3 30 minutes of free waiting time from scheduled disembarkation.
- Eurostar arrivals: Driver will wait inside 30 minutes after train arrival, plus 30 minutes of free waiting.
- Domestic train services:Driver will meet 5 minutes after train arrival, with 30 minutes of complimentary waiting.
4.Liability Disclaimer
- 4.1 LHT is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We cannot accept liability for missed flights, trains, or ships.
- 4.2 In case of any loss resulting from delays, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
- 4.3 LHT is not liable for any loss or damage to items left in our vehicles. If found, we will assist with returning belongings, and postage costs will apply.
5. Vehicle Condition & Cleaning Fees
- 5.1 All our vehicles are smoke-free.
- 5.2 If a passenger soils the interior (e.g., through vomiting, spillage of food or drink), a valeting charge of £80.00 will be applied.
- 5.3 If the passenger arrives with excess baggage requiring use of additional passenger space, a £15 surcharge may apply (subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity).
6. Child Safety Seats
LHT offers complimentary child seats on request, subject to availability:

Note: Under UK law, child seats are not legally required in private hire vehicles for short journeys. Where a child seat cannot be provided, children may travel in the rear seats under the supervision of an adult and must wear a seatbelt if aged 3 or above.
7.Cancellations & Refunds
- 7.1 Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. A £10.00 admin fee will apply to cover payment processing.
- 7.2 Cancellations made between 6 to 12 hours before pickup will incur a 50% charge.
- 7.3 Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup time are non-refundable.
- 7.4 Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
8. No-show Policy
- 8.1 If the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the journey will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged. Reference waiting times and policies in Clauses 1 and 2.

Note: Card transactions will appear on your statement under the merchant name "Taxi Services". All card payments are securely processed. We do not retain or store card data.
Deposit Policy for Long-Distance Cash Bookings
- 10. For certain long-distance cash-only bookings, we may require a deposit to confirm the reservation. This helps ensure driver availability and protects against potential no-shows for journeys involving significant travel time.
